Carolyn Scovil Brown, CPA,CA

​

I am a CPA (Chartered Accountant) with a certificate in Not-for-Profit accounting from CPA Canada. I work exclusively with Not-for-profit organizations. I earned my Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and went on to obtain my Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in Ontario, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA). 

 

I am an avid volunteer.  I acted as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Saint Vincent's Nursing Home as well as the Nova Scotia Girl Guides of Canada Provincial Treasurer. I have served as the Treasurer for the Parent Teacher Partnership at Basinview Drive Community School which raises money for classroom books and supplies, technology and cultural events. I am currently the Recruitment Chair for the Sackville Waves Aquatic Team.
